“My daughter was on her way to Grand Rapids, traveling from Chicago when she called me, and said that she had a message on her dash stating, "Low Oil Pressure, SHUT VEHICLE OFF". Luckily, she was near the Michigan Welcome Center, so she was able to safely pull off the road. I called a couple of repair shops, and towing truck companies that weren't able to help immediately because of weather conditions. I found Damon Automotive on the internet, I called and spoke with Bob, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He referred me to a Towing Company, that brought the car and my daughter safely to Bob's shop, where he diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and repaired her vehicle at a very reasonable cost, in a very short period of time. I am a General Manager of an Auto Dealership, and we work with customers in similar situations every day. Bob Damon did an outstanding job taking care of my daughter and her car, in what could have been a disaster of a situation. Thanks for the help, and for putting a dad at ease in a situation that where I felt absolutely helpless.”

“I can’t even express how GREAT Liz & Chuck are. Sweethaven Resort is by far one of the best getaways I’ve had. It’s literally so so peaceful and quiet it’s simply amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chuck and given a tour of my cabin. First time I’ve ever been given a tour before my stay anywhere. This is the place to be if you want a nice weekend getaway for sure. Will be coming back in the near future.”

“We just spent a weekend at Harbor Country Cabins and it was such a great place. It was just down the road from Warren Dunes which means there are lots of activities to do nearby - as well as farmers markets and ice cream shops. It was a chilly weekend for us but we still managed to keep ourselves entertained on the site itself. We got to interact with the owner Saturday night as well - very sweet! Will most likely visit again next summer.”

“This was our 1 year anniversary destination. We stayed in the sunflower room. The hosts are so sweet and accomodating! They gave us amazing recommendations for food and activities and truly made us feel at home on our escape. The room was great, clean and comfortable with a great view. The tub was huge and the fireplace was calming. Breakfast was FANTASTIC! The trip was perfect, thank you guys so much!”
