The slightly longer version: After my father passed, his home suddenly became the property of me and my three siblings. Needless to say, four people selling a home creates some complications. That's when Paul Dumke came to the rescue. Although I live in Texas, my siblings all live in the Buchanan/Baroda area. When we discussed who we should have represent us as a realtor, they immediately chose Paul; they've all known him for years and told me of his stellar reputation. They weren't wrong. Step one in the sale: Paul looked over the property.
