However, the interior lining was extremely worn and in desperate need of repair. Karen highlighted some of her work and I knew she was the right person for this special project. She was timely, efficient, cost effective, and thoughtful. I was impressed when I received a text message asking if I had a preference which side I wanted my interior pocket.
