The Pit

The Pit was a nice little place to visit. The water was clean, the beach was clean, and the playground looked good for kids! It's family friendly.

Very nice place to visit and take family to have fun

One of my friends and my favorite places to swim at, worth the hour and a half drive for us. Friend held graduation there last year and pavilion and tables were clean as well as the restrooms. Decent fish in the pond, also has a volleyball net, and a nice small beach. We go here often

Cleanest water you'll find in the SE area. Love spending time here with the family. Has a little snack shack too.

Great spot. It was real mellow while we were there. Beautiful view, clean water, bathrooms weren't the worst I've ever seen.
