“I was in need of a washer and dryer after a flood in my basement. I went to another store and my experience there was horrible. I decided to go to ABC Warehouse (thinking I would be disappointed). We had previously talked to Matthew Earehart over the phone prior to going to the store. Matthew was AWESOME, he went above and beyond to ease my fears and anxiety. After we took delivery of our appliance there was an issue and Matthew called and assured us he would take care of everything. I'm upset thinking here we go again and Matthew called and said your replacement will be there the next day. I couldn't thank him enough!!! Matthew you are super AWESOME!!!!”
