We had tried so hard to do everything at home to correct it and we were so nervous and upset. Now at 8 months he is all done and honestly we loved the protection as he was starting to move around and he looked so cute in it that we are going to miss it! Natalie was awesome and made the process so smooth- making adjustments when needed, worked quick and she was thorough. It flew by and it is so worth it.”

“I had my dog frozen back in 2017 because she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, coordinated with Andy through the whole process, he helped a lot! Just be aware payment will likely need to be made upfront in full, which I did. Understandable as its a big commitment for them for each pet or person that comes through. Asked if I could have a tour of the facility the day before the procedure was to be done, and saw the whole place and had a lot of the technical details told to me, satisfied with what I learned :) I'm glad I got my dog frozen rather than being put in the dirt; this way there is at-least a small chance as oppose to a zero chance I get to be with her again.”

“I was just there I've been home for 2 weeks the staff is wonderful miss Sally is an angel she will take time with you then you have Miss Melissa the pastor there she will help you find your way to the Lord then you have Miss Donna she would listen to you and if you just need a shoulder to cry on she will be there all the counselors there are wonderful the staff is great Ms MO is the best cook they have had there she deserves help in that kitchen though cuz every time they hire cook for her that could quit it has changed my life for the good and then you have Omar who's a monitor he is so sweet and awesome he will talk to you he would listen to you just don't play him in ping pong because he wins every time”
