“I heard about this business thru an online antique boat forum. I called looking for a dampener plate for an early 60s Paragon transmission. They were knowledgeable, the part arrived in 3 days, it fits. They also asked if I wanted to buy the large ring gasket for the front of the trany and that will work better then the form a gasket that had been used. I am very happy with this company.”

“Spent 2 1/2 hours there on a Sunday afternoon with Greg. He answered every question my wife and I had to ask. He demonstrated all the bikes features and explained the various differences in bike models, modes, batteries and accessories. Very knowledgeable on the Pedego line and very easy to deal with. He was able to point out the pros and cons for each model depending on our riding likes and dislikes. Would highly recommend- very good experience!”

“I've been to other West Marine Locations and found this one on the way to my marina. So instead of going back to 10 and Jefferson, I stopped in here. This location was always the forgotten step-child of West Marine in the Detroit area, but lately I found them to be "fully stocked," thoughtfully laid out, clean, with kind and helpful associates. I even purchased a mildew cleaner that didn't work and they gladly took it back. It's refreshing in this age to find a location that cares so much for their customers. This will be my go-to for marine supplies in the future. Good job West Marine for updating this store and employing the kind of people that you have there.”
