“I was just up there, about 20 mins ago.I wanted to get some lotto.The lotto slip I filled out at home was a older version and the machine wouldn't read it.So the girl there , told me that I had to fill out a knew slip, now I'm thinking shoot, I'm as slow molasses at filling them out.Then she offered to fill it out for me so I'm like Cool.So she fills it out runs and it doesnt register. We'll turn out that I had put too many numbers in on of the picks.So she corrected that.My main reason for this story I didn't realize that she was off work.Its awesome that u have a person like that working for u.She could have just turned it over too the other girl and just bounced .She went above and beyond I think any employees should act toward there customers. I wish I got her name so she gets the recognition she deserves. The girl that finsh the cash out was as nice as well.”

“I give the store a 5-star rating due to the experience I had today we walked in with only x amount of dollars only able to afford a bed for my oldest son and I have twins that are younger after the owner helping us with my oldest son's bed finding out a little more about our backstory and us having three children they donated a bunk bed for my youngest children with the mattress this was a major blessing for our family so I say thank you very much to the owner Wally for taking care of people like my family. I would always recommend this store this is a five star store great quality products amazing staff and a wonderful owner with a huge heart of Gold thank you🙏”

“Had a piece of metal in my tire. I was 15 minutes away. I called and asked if they could get me in. Said I would probably have to wait a few minutes. I called a big box store they had said, drop it off, and we'll get to it by 5 pm. They were pretty busy the owner was very pleasant and super knowledgeable about tires. They had me in and out quickly. Highly recommend if you need tires while in Richmond.”

“I had pulled into the parking lot to get a battery/alternator test and when they came out to test it, my vehicle wouldn't even turn over. One of the young men, Dalton, there brought his car around and the other awesome guy, Daniel, proceeded to jump my car to get the result of the dead alternator. I was 2.5 hours away from home and had no idea what I was going to do. Chris, the lady that wouldn't let that be, called a mobile mechanic and saved my day! They were so kind, so helpful, and so professional! She even got me a chair to wait in the store until the mechanics came to my rescue! This is easily a 10 star.
