“I took my son here for his 15th birthday present today. We moved here from Atlanta last year, and we rented gear for the first year to make sure my son liked snowboarding. “Still great service over 10 years later. I hadn't been to Paul's Bike Depot for over 10 years. I needed a repair, so I called and spoke to Paul about an issue with my bike. I brought the bike over and he was helpful and supportive that I could easily make the repair. He quickly and accurately identified the issues with my bike, when another local bike repair shop said to replace the part. Paul demonstrates his expertise gained through many years of experience. He stays customer focused and provides great service.”

After multiple unhelpful Cricket representatives both over the phone and in person, we decided to try out this location as a last resort, which ended up being an excellent decision. Despite working here for only a few months, Chris was able to solve our issue within 10 minutes and all our numbers were recovered. Everything was back to normal, what a relief!
