“After taking my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 times to the dealership it was purchased from for a wheel alignment because it was obviously needed.. A co worker recommended that I give Auto Medics Of Shelby a call after seeing that the dealership just obviously couldn't get it right even with all 4 chances. I was very frustrated due to the fact that I work 14 hour days most of the time and just don't have the time to constantly take my vehicle in for the same issue just to get it back with the same issue going on. Auto Medics came and picked my vehicle up right away from my job and brought it back the same day before I got off work. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their work and have not had any issues since. I was also extremely impressed with their honesty.. long story short the dealership tried to tell me that my vehicle needed a big component replaced that came out to a total of 6k. After having Auto Medics look into it.. turns out there is absolutely nothing at all wrong with my vehicle. Been driving it for almost a year now since having it looked at and still no issues. Very thankful for Auto Medics and their phenomenal honesty and service because they saved me from spending 6k for something I don't even need. I will defiantly be bringing my vehicle to them for all my services.”
