John encompasses everything you would want from a business. Absolutely, second to none. From the get go he was very responsive. I needed an inspection done within 24 hours and he came as soon as I hung up the phone asking for his service. He was polite and respectful, let me know what he needed to do and began his work. When he was done he gave me the paperwork I needed (both hard copies and pdf) so I could send it off. It was probably the smoothest transaction from start to finish I have ever had. Great experience and would recommend to anyone that needs his services.
