“I have Gone to Dr. Hansen Twice Now, once to have screws removed from my foot 13 years ago and again Back in March 2021..he did extensive work on my Foot after I suffered for about a year in pain from having a Botched Bunion Surgery 15 years ago, I decided to find him again after I seen another foot specialist and was getting no resolve and they where wanting me to do physical therapy. when I found his office I got an appointment immediately and he explained how my foot wasn't going to get better without intervention... I am 6 Months post Surgery and am recovering and healing nicely, I Strongly Recommend Dr Hanson he is an amazing surgeon”

Hannah at the front desk is so polite and helpful. Chris was terrific at putting me at ease with the process. “The in office experience was nice. Dr. Crandall was very pleasant and thorough. However, I did not receive a call with the outcome/results from a mammogram I had received. I had to call them to ask for the results, which I waited almost a month for. The mammogram was performed at another outpatient facility. It was my first mammogram screening so I wasn't quite sure how the process went with follow up. It was explained that the results would take 2-3 weeks to return. I was on edge about the screening due to the fact that 2 of my aunts passed from breast cancer. So after 3 weeks I contacted the outpatient clinic for the results, but when I called they informed me that Silver Pine had the results and would call me. After a few days went by and I still didn't receive a call, I just called them. Who knows how long they even had the results! Their follow up call process needs improvement. The experience was quite nerve wracking to say the least.”

“A+! I had an issue with my tailbone and lower back. Michele helped me. After just one visit, my tailbone pain was almost completely gone (i couldn't even sit anywhere for a long time before because of my tailbone. I had to lay on my back)! I'm very grateful. Before coming here, I visited a chiropractor and other doctors. The chiropractor helped a bit but the pain relief was not comparable. Regular docs didn't help much because its not their expertise. From my experience, Michele is an expert when it comes to low back and tailbone pain. She works hard to find the cause of your pain and takes care of the cause. Highly recommended! Also, the other staff are very friendly. Thank you!”

“My mother was at Regency of Shelby for more than 6 weeks after her hip and wrist surgeries. My Is 83 and she had a great experience. The staff are very good and the room was very convenient and spacious. Initially there was lot of pain, but because of excellent physical therapy she was able to come out of it rather quickly. The PT staff were very friendly and caring with tons of encouragement. The nursing care was also very good. My mother expresses her personal thanks and regards to everybody. The initial admission and the final discharge process were extremely smooth with no issues.”
