There was an electrical issue that affected the car's lights, so they offered a temporary fix, free of charge, that allowed him to continue driving home from work at night, while waiting for the correct part to come in. Once the part came in, the repair itself was quick and affordable. “Sam (the owner) is an awesome mechanic. He is by far one of the best shops I have been to. Not only does he actually drive your vehicle around to test it, but he will tell you that he needs to put it up on the hoist before he gives you an answer on what it might actually be. I have been going to Sam for about 7 years and I have had everything repaired from the most expensive jobs like a transmission to a engine. To the least expensive jobs like brakes. He charges you a reasonable price and he lets you know APPROXIMATELY how long it will take and if it takes longer he will communicate that to you. I will continue to drive all the way to Clinton township to utilize his services because I trust him and his word. I have also recommended many people to him as well. Also not only is he a great mechanic but he offers 1 year warranty for almost EVERYTHING!!!! And yes that warranty has been honored on 2 different occasions. The tech who worked on my truck was able to clean up the part that I thought needed to be replaced. That saved me a little time and money which I’m grateful for. I’ve bought some parts from them recently as well. So far, both the employees I’ve talked to at the service counter as well as the parts counter have been friendly and attentive to me. Only problem I had is when I called the Saturday after I got my car back because the clamp and hose was not put on right to the reserve bottle for the radiator the person answer and said they were closed. I was stuck at a convenience store for 3 hours till my husband could make it to where I was and replace the clamp and antifreeze. Which I guess could happen to anyone with an older car”
