The customer service is outstanding! I always try to stop in whenever I visit Great Lakes Crossing.

I had amazing customer service, I had two older ladies, I remember one of them was Sandy. They were able to help me out to find what I needed, tell all about the best deals. The lady ran my cosmetics in two separate transactions just as I asked, fantastic service. I was very happy! I will continue going back.

The Cosmetics Company Store is fantastic! I had never heard of this store before my recent visit. They offer discounted pricing on cosmetics such as MAC, Estee Lauder, Clinique, etc. They are only in Outlet malls. I bought several MAC lip products at at least 50% off the retail price. They were full size products. Some of the colors were the limited edition colors. They sell face makeup & care, and fragrance products as well. I'll definitely visit again.

This store is awesome! The staff was really nice and helpful! They have great prices on name brand items, and have 1/2 off sales from time to time. You can even create your own sample bag, for $10 you get a cosmetic bag, plus you get to choose 6 of their samples.
