“Update: The store manager called me shortly after I left my review and rectified the situation. She told me that my warranty is still active since I did bring it in and as long as I continue to come every 6 months, it will be covered. If i go past 6 months and something does happen to my ring, that’s when it’s not covered. It was just explained to me incorrectly in store by the associate who helped me that day. She also told me that I need to specifically state that I’m there for my 6 month inspection and ask for a record each time or they may not know to log it into their system which is probably what happened to me the last few times I went in for the inspection/cleaning. When my husband bought my ring back in march of 2020, we were told to bring it in every 6 months for an inspection and cleaning in order for it to stay under warranty. And we did. Every six months. We went in the other day for the inspection and cleaning a bit early because it really needed to be cleaned and they told us it was no longer under warranty because they have no record of us bringing it in to be inspected and cleaned. Which is an absolute lie. Id really appreciate someone reaching out to me to get this straightened out. My husband spent good money there for them to just screw us over”

I watched Maureen cut my friend’s thick, unruly, curly hair and was amazed at her ability to completely take the hopes/preferences of the client and completely make it happen with ease. I was sold and immediately took a seat and let her cut mine. I am a low maintenance girl and all I have to do is scrunch it and let it air dry and it looks great every time! “We had shelving installed in our attic. Pro Plus Services sent a very knowledgeable carpenter who was able to comply with our many requests. They left plenty of space under the lowest shelf for the new insulation to be added and gave us more shelving space than we knew could be accommodated. Our basement is now empty! ...and now ready to be finished, which I'll likely ask Pro Plus Services to do for us. The shelving were very professionally assembled and installed in a timely manner. Our only concession we had to make (willingly and understandably) was the early working hours to accommodate the unworkable temperatures that developed in the attic over the course of the day. Being a relatively handy individual myself, I didn't want to do the project myself because of the number of trips up and down the 2 flights of stairs, the brutally hot temperatures in the attic, and the cramped working spaces where some of the shelving was installed but Pro Plus Services made the job look effortless and easy. They completed the job in 2 half-days when it would have taken me at least a week to a lessor quality. I've since asked for their help with other projects around the house and also recommended them to our neighbors for challenging/undesirable projects that they have had done as well.”
