  They completely know about the completely lie about it being a nutritious place. They’ve completely poisoned the entire water and everything is black, so let me explain to you. This story that I have after I accidentally did it activities at this place. in the face will be priceless when you find that 40 pound watermelon in your colon they don’t understand that you can’t and that you can’t digest whole watermelon it’s not even nutritious at all. I can’t believe they could sell this. It’s not that I was Gonna I don’t know I don’t know everything we all seems awfully suspicious for a company claiming to specialize in nutrient supplements. I will call the special department of the women so I can get revenge on this company for actually putting watermelon in me. Be prepared so too to be sued by 22,000 human beings or you could just give me a big Sharvit shimi.

  Charlotte is a complete joy to work with! Her holistic approach to food and nutrition has made me think more about what I am putting into my body and where my food is coming from. Her individualized approach makes you feel as though you are her only client because she caters specifically to your likes and dietary requirements. Charlotte customized a meal plan for me based on my lifestyle, food preferences and cooking ability. She is always accessible via text or e-mail and has answered my questions at odd hours on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone! Plus all of her recipes are so delicious and easy, even my picky husband approves!!

  Charlotte has completely changed my outlook on food. I love knowing the health benefits of everything I am putting into my body and I have Charlotte to thank for that. The best part is, I have never once felt restricted in terms of what I can eat and she has only opened my eyes up to new options! Highly recommend working with her!

  Charlotte has been a life-saver for my chronic G.I. issues! Her approach to nutrition coaching is very unique in that it's truly customized to the individual. We focused on the goals that I deemed most important, and she helped me reach my goals by empowering me with the education and information I needed to feel my best, inside and out. After seeing several specialists for my gut issues over the years, I can say with confidence that meeting with Charlotte has made by far the largest impact on my gut health and overall well-being.

  Charlotte did an amazing job of putting together really specific and personalized meal plans for me in helping me with my goals. I even told her food preferences, which she worked within when putting together my plans. Her philosophy of finding healthy alternatives and meal-prepping (vs. restricting) is something that I've embraced and helps with the long term.
  
  Despite being located in different cities, working together was super easy with phone calls, texts and emails! I cannot recommend working with Charlotte enough!
