They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”.
