  It is very lovely, nice and roomy apartment. We spent 3 great years there. The only downside is being an old building. We loved the beautiful view from our apartment.

  I would give Green Hill Apartments 4 stars because of their spacious rooms, prompt response from the leasing office in case of any issues. Compared to other apartment complexes in Farmington Hills, Green Hill apartment is one among the oldest apartments which includes rooms with private entrance, rooms with 2 bath 2 bed or 1 bath 2 bed, rooms with and with out wash and dryer. So depending on the availability and your choice, we can select, charges vary slightly. Drawbacks are, not all rooms get a compulsory covered car parking, its first come first serve. For the whole apartment complex which spans in 1 mile, only one play area is provided.

  First impressions are really good. Quiet community away from crowded roads, clean surroundings, well maintained grass, plenty of trees for all spring, summer and fall colors. Each apartment has separate entrance. 1 covered car port for each apartment. I wish they offered more covered parking for extra charge like other apartments. Washer and dryer in unit. More updates to follow.
