Good staff when it comes to maintenance service. Houses are very old and the staircase vibrates while you try to climb up/down!

Multiple variety of house styles available. Best part is the attached garage availability!

Property manager Kim and her team is doing a great job. The whole property is well maintained and pretty clean. Maintenance is fast and helpful. The property is closer to Grocery stores, restaurants and easily accessible to freeway. This is the only community where we have concrete flooring. Attached garage is a plus point during hard winter in Michigan. It's a beautiful place to live in and make friends.

I've been living in these apartments since 2014, and honestly, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in and never had any issue. The staff at the leasing office, Kim Tina, are kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartments are affordable and clean. Maintenance service is quick and brilliant. Garage parking is indeed a blessing for Michigan winters. The location is excellent! Busch's, pharmacies, Indian grocery stores, restaurants, the freeway, everything you need is nearby. Landscaping is beautiful; seasonal flowers look great! I highly recommend living here.

Probably one of the best locations to stay, in the entire country! So close to so many shops, services and restaurants. Plus the safety of this community makes you feel like not moving out anywhere else!

Excellent apartments complex. Close to all business/groceries, safe neighborhood and good schools. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance is very prompt. The only apartments around that have a completely closed garages for car parking. Super helpful in winters. I stayed there for 8 years with no issues at all. If i didn't have to chnage states, i would have continued there longer.
