Jacky from the leasing office always goes above and beyond to keep us informed of when we will get our service request repaired. She is very helpful in giving us advice on navigating the resident portal!

The best thing about living at this place aside from location is Jacqueline. She’s always available to take your calls and gets things done. She advocates for the residents and helps us get things fixed!

I really, really enjoyed living here from Aug 2016 - May 2018. The managers and maintenance team were very friendly and helpful, particularly Rob & Chris. During the time we lived there, occasional maintenance things did come up (as they do at ANY apartment/townhouse) but we were always satisfied with the way they were handled. The maintenance team was quick to respond, and seemed to really care about making it right. We lived in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. It was very spacious for the price. Great location, close to shopping centers and highways, and I always felt very safe there. The office staff had an appreciation event for all residents, which was really nice and made me feel welcomed. If we ever move back to Michigan, I'd definitely go back to Shorebrooke!
