Quest Diagnostics

My visit to Quest was surprisingly quick and pleasant. I had read some not-too-fabulous reviews so I wasn’t expecting much but check-in for my appointment was quick on the kiosk and I was kept up-to-date on my status by the television screen where we could see how many people were waiting. There were three people in front of me but I only waited less than 15 minutes until I was called in. The woman that took my blood was very friendly and reviewed my insurance to make sure everything was covered. The whole thing only took 25 minutes. Highly recommend!

not sure about the other bad reviews but I have been to this place a few times and i have never had an issue. The staff is always pleasant and i never have to wait a long time to be seen. i am a hard draw when it comes to blood work and they are always patient and try every way possible to make sure they are able to draw my blood so i don't have to go somewhere else. She also made me look at the labels that were going on my blood vials to make sure all the information was correct.
