The day we called they were able to meet to go over costs (which they were completely transparent with), the time frame it would take to clean up and even offered to start and complete the job that same day. We honestly couldn’t even hear them while they were cleaning and were able to see the progress they made while working - which was amazing to see. “I had an emergency situation as I got slapped in the eye by a branch and it was full of blood. Happened late in the afternoon on Friday before Labor Day. I called and they told me to come in immediately to get looked at. The doc was fantastic and completely accommodating. Luckily it was just a bruise and not punctured but they took care of me immediately. I was in town from Arizona and needed immediate action and while most places had already closed for the long weekend, Baldwin Eye Care was open and willing to take a look at my eye. Fantastic experience with exceptionally profession and personable staff. Really appreciate them and their customer focused attitude!”

“A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations. After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating. If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.”

“I like this CVS and have been coming here for over 5 years, but I only buy alcohol cause it's state minimum and it's close to home. If I need food, I'll usually hit the grocery store as I try to plan ahead. I've never filled prescriptions here, so I can't comment about that, but from my perspective, everyone has always been very nice at this location and I like it a lot. It's always very clean and organized; never too busy. I'm extremely aware and conscientious of business practices and after a half a decade, I'd think I'd recognize what I see. If you look at my photos, you can see the manager, Juanita, changing the trash--that is a hard worker right there! She's the manager but isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. I think this is due to them being a little under-staffed, but even so, they do a great job keeping this location awesome by any means. Look at the amount of cars parked at CVS, speaks volumes.”
