“I walked in the other day asking about their battery warranty program but I couldn't find my receipt and really didn't understand how things worked. A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way. When I tell you this man has optimal customer service skills I mean it. He was kind, informative, and straight up hilarious. I'm unsure of his name but he deserves a raise. That man made my day.
