I’ve been doing laser removal for a couple years now and I have been going to Rita ever since my very first treatment. She has made the first timer experience so comfortable and very informative. I have a low tolerance for pain but Rita’s new technology definitely makes me wanting to come back and eases my worries of coming back. “This place is awesome! Going in I had no idea what to expect. This was literally my first injury and never seen a physical therapist before. The people here are kind and make you feel like you're their friend. They're always positive and very warm. One thing I told my wife was that I need to get their Pandora playlist. The music is great and between that, the exercises and adjustments, I always left feeling better than I did going in. And best of all, my sciatica pain is gone. Scott did a great job picking the exercises and helping me get back to playing tennis. I went from it being way too painful to walk, to playing 2 hours of tennis, no issues now. The dental hygienist took her time, talked to them and explained what she was going to do before she did it. She made it interactive, she let them feel bristles, push buttons and feel for intensity of air or water pressure. Dr. B was so friendly and kind, he explained what I should be looking for and the overall status of their dental health. My kids left asking when they would get to visit again.”

During a two week break from PT (l had minor surgery for an unrelated issue) Amy called inquiring how l was feeling. Linda, physical therapy assistant, is very helpful and equally as caring. John is nice and handles administrative issues in a prompt manner. Facility is spacious and very clean. My very first experience going to PT was wonderful.”

“My Forever Smile in Troy is the best of the best. The staff is so loving and welcoming! Always greeting you, always have a smile and never once have done anything wrong. I just had my braces taken off and I can't stop smiling. I went to a different place before coming here and they wanted to charge me 4,500 for 4 years. I took my siblings advice (they also came here) and called them for an appointment. I was surprised by the price and put my braces on the same day! I had Dee work with me for 2 years and this lady is AMAZING!!! she is so loving, caring and most of all patient. I also had Merna work on me for little and she is hands down amazing. Everyone here is so positive and I recommend everyone to try this place out! Sad to say, after 2 years or so, my last visit was yesterday...”
