“Spencer Roofing did a roof inspection twice within the past 3 years or so. Both times, they informed us that our roof was still in good condition. This week, they replaced our 25 year old roof, which they installed. We were told by several companies that it was now time . The materials were delivered on one day, and the job was completed and perfectly cleaned up at the end of the next day. The owner, Mike, called to thank us for choosing his company.
