Cauley Ferrari of Detroit

I had the opportunity to work with Tom at Cauley. To say he was a great person to deal with would simply not be saying enough. I bought what was most likely the least expensive car they had for sale, and he treated me like I was their number one client. He sent me video's and pictures that were beyond my expectations. He overdelivered on every aspect of the sale. To anyone thinking of making a purchase at this dealer, I can tell you, DO IT. I bought a 33 year old car, sight unseen! And could not be happier. Visiting from Houston, and I must say...They were very nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to explore the dealership, and were even given directions on where to go to view specific inventory and sections. Thank you for the chance to explore such a modern contemporary dealership.

The experience I had yesterday was more then 5 stars! I’ll start by saying walking in to any dealership let alone a Ferrari dealer is intimidating on its own…. I walked in where I was greeted by two extremely nice young ladies.. after looking around for a few minutes one ladies directed me upstairs where I got to see even more beautiful cars and learn a little more about the Ferrari brand and the history! Just how polite the staff was to me and I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle. Just shows the level of customer service your dealership provides!

Extremely nice dealership with an amazing owner. Its really cool to see all the cars and than go upstairs to see a little history on ferrari. Its also really cool to go to the car shows there in the summer. Keep up the good work

The people are what make a difference here, with the focus being on the customer. The facility is top-notch and wonderfully decorated with Ferrari nostalgia.
