I sat in line 20-25 minutes this morning just to place my order and while I was waiting because they told me to hold at the speaker, three online order cars jumped in front of me which added another 10 minutes to my wait. I finally just left before they even took my order. I just feel the online ordering should be picked up inside. I don't know if this is done at all locations or not.”

“I order exclusively with the app. I've never had trouble with them being out of something or unable to process my mobile order. The window workers are always friendly but I often have to tell them that I'm the mobile order. Still, once that's cleared up, they usually have my correct order to me quickly. Their drive thru microphone/speaker and accents often makes it hard to understand them. It's a perfectly fine Dunkin' just anticipate mild communication hiccups!”

I also love their Instagram page that updates you on drink specials they have going, I believe these update sometimes weekly or monthly, just kinda depends. They also occasionally have weekend specials that I try to not miss! Their rewards program/punch cards have awesome benefits like free boosters and free drink combos. Really cute lounge area and just overall great atmosphere. I bring all my friends here when they're visiting and they are a regular spot for me and my boyfriend ☺️”

“Very good 7-11. As with every place, many things could be improved. Ownership owns up to issues and will make sure customer requests are met. I shop at this location 2-4 times per week for items ranging from advil to slurpees to six-packs of regional craft beer. This 7-11 has local ownership but still goes with national 7-11 sales. Two Troy 7-11's do not do this. OK,,,, just read other reviews,,, the owners possible children are not employed here. The owner may, or may not, have children, but none of them work there; I have directly asked the listed owner in casual conversation. I have never had a problem when purchasing a tobacco product.The staff, even when new, has always been respectful when I have made any type of purchase.”
