“Took both my cars in to Zack for 8 tires for my Ford Fusion and Dodge Avenger and breaks. My Fusion needed new breaks/rotors and during the inspection Zack found my wife’s Dodge nearly had a snapped ball joint that probably would have caused an accident if not fixed immediately. He even sent me a video upon request of the issue since I was no longer at his shop at the time. Michelle in front office was great to work with in billing and wonderful to talk with and explained how they warrantied their work. Zack even took time out of his extremely busy day to help me with my Dad’s car minor issue when my dad dropped us off to pick up me and my wife’s cars and this place is appointment only right now too with how incredibly busy they were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and prices were very reasonable for the amount of work he out in to my cars.”

The entire staff and Service Manager was great to work with through the process and kept me updated non stop. When I picked up my Jeep there was damage to the driver window from welding taking place next to my car, Scott properly replaced my window free of charge. Almost three years later I had paint start to peel at the site of the repair and Craig and team took care of it immediately under warranty, no questions asked. “Went in for exhaust issue, they had my car back and diagnosed within 15 minutes and gave me two options for correction. First quote was to fix the problem at hand. Second quote was for additional work for potential future problems. I went with first quote since it was more affordable and I didn't feel the second option was necessary at this time. Staff was very friendly. I do wish they took appointments but it's first come only. However, I went shortly after they opened up so wait time was not long. My total time there from start to finish was about 45 minutes. Appreciate the quick turn around and my car sounds great. This was my first time there and I would recommend them.”

I have been coming here several years and can not think of any reason to go anywhere else. I am always approached quickly and asked how I can be helped even when they seem quite busy. The service is much much faster than if you were to go to a chain tire store. I have a 18 year old daughter that I sent here completely confident that she would be treated fairly without fear that because she was a young girl they would try to overcharge her or sell her something she didn't need. If your looking for tire or general mechanic work you cant go wrong here.”
