“As I was wiping down my Audi after a car wash I found damage to the door trim. I sought a certified Audi body shop and found Service King. Within minutes of sending them an email and photos of the damage, Mike called me. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor but asked me to stop by first as he thought he had a quick fix for the scratches. When I asked him about a charge to pass along to the car wash, he said if he could remove the scratches the service would be complimentary. Needless to say, I'm a believer in Service King. This is the most professionally run business I've dealt with in a long time. I would recommend them without hesitation whether your collision damage is on a Beetle or a Bentley.”

“17th December 2022 : Came here with an appointment for an exhaust rattle TSB for my 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Once they understood my concerns, they took the car right in and got it fixed within minutes. I understand what it is like to run a service centre. Despite all that they had on their plate, they prioritised my issue and had me back on the road with a wide smile and a rumbling V8. The service manager was very kind and generous, so were all the technicians. (Happy & helpful people, Isn't this what America is all about?) They even took me under the hoist to show me what's going on. I've interned myself in many svcs in my teens back home, I would totally spend my weekend working here for free if I were in my teens again. Seriously, I started the process of buying an aluminum trailer with Jerry and everything just went so great from there. The administration staff, friendly and professional and accurate paperwork! Parts and Service (I bought add on items, no pressure from them though) was great as well. The Yard Assembly gentleman I met was so super cool both times, especially today when hooking it up to my vehicle! Back to my salesman Jerry. I was contacting 3 or 4 places by email, only Jerry was replying in a timely manor and not making mistakes during our communication. So...as the deal went forward and two visits later (one to buy one and to return/pick up), it was very pleasing to have this trust built up and enjoy a smooth ride to the finish!!! Even the Sales Manager gave me a friendly walk over, smile and greeting and my deal was already sealed so he was gaining nothing. If they have what you need, just go ahead and buy it...the guys and gals are stress and drama free. Wish I could remember all their names but my memory is not the best.
