What sets Somerset Academy apart from other local preschool programs are the teaching and administration staff's education and experience in the field of early childhood! It's top notch with all teachers holding at least Bachelor degrees in Education and many with advanced teaching degrees which is almost unheard of in preschool programs! There are also multiple avenues of communication from the teachers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis so that families are in constant contact regarding their child's growth and development. And great enrichment programs included in tuition such as weekly Spanish class and the nationally recognized Handwriting Without Tears handwriting curriculum. I am so impressed with Somerset and will recommend it to any family looking for a warm, nurturing and fun learning environment!”

“Not sure how this course is so poorly rated on here. Played here last week and was rather impressed with the course conditions (I'm sure all the rain we've gotten this summer has helped them out tremendously). The entire staff here, from the clubhouse to the starter, are extremely friendly and helpful. Pace of play was great, no complaints there. Plenty of blind tee shots and lots of doglegs, which makes it a challenging but fun course to play. Looking forward to golfing here again in the future.”

“I'm a very big fan of Planet Rock's two locations. They have an excellent staff that's very polite, personable, and trained. I personally have a slight preference for the Madison Heights location because it feels more open, more colorful, and has a lovely resting spot. However I have a friend that prefers the Ann Arbor location because they have more routes that he's able to climb and he thinks they're rotated out more often (we haven't confirmed this).”

“7 month update: Liz and team have been doing an excellent job and continue to push hard to benefit our girls. They've opened up classroom space in the pre-K to make sure the young 5's group gets age appropriate education. thanks so much! We've been with Gilden Woods for 3 years now. Care was great early on, the center is clean and up to date, I feel like my child eats well. Things got rough in 2020/2021 when the original director left. The interim director was not too great. The good news is that the interim director left. The current director was left to pick up the literal pieces of the center. She seems to be making good strides in a tough situation. The employee pool is smaller than it was and so they've had to make some tough decisions on center hours, offerings etc. Everything seems to be on an upwards trend. The staff seems to be settling down and the kindness/reliability that I saw when we first started seems to be coming back. I think most parents/staff would be lucky to join us.”

Taking this class has really changed my life and what I really want to do with my future. “Our family loves the Goddard School. The owners (Kristine and Kevin) are so supportive, helpful, and always present. My daughter's teachers are AWESOME. My daughter has blossomed in such a short amount of time. The staff is always responsive, friendly, and warm to students and parents. They are diligent in making sure the classrooms are clean and toys/objects are sanitized daily. We receive daily reports on how our daughter is doing and progressing to meet her goals throughout the day. I highly recommend this Goddard School location. I am truly grateful for every staff member who has had a role in my daughter's growth and success.”
