The place has been there for at least 40 years because my mother and her friends used to bowl on a league when I was just little and running around. It was good looking gravel....I mean, it was gravel after all, but the finished project looked really good compared to what we had before so I'm calling it "good looking gravel". We also had fun arranging the great assortment of rocks they dropped off. Suburban has nice folks to deal with and a good assortment of stuff we like to keep us coming back.”

“I love this store! They helped me put on my wipers I purchased when I came back. The lady manager was there by herself and said if I wanted to wait or come back someone would help. I went to Gordon’s because I had some things to get and then went back and the guy that came back from a delivery helped put my wipers on. Reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to go here but they were great! Another example of you shouldn’t believe everything you read. Customers are ignorant sometimes and I’ve seen it. They get rude and expect you to still help them. I work in customer service and that’s not how it works. You get what you put out in the universe. People should understand that. “We've been using Accu-Tech for CMM measurements for almost a decade now and have always had confidence in the measured data because they really take the time to do a solid job. After having had some pretty terrible experiences in the past, it's nice to find a company that really does the job right the first time. Their reports have always pretty easy to follow so it has been easy for me to convey the measured data to our customers, when necessary. If there was an issue with a part, they always seemed to have a good mechanical solution without any guess work. Some of the work involves 3D scanning, so that has been a nice little bonus that we don't have to source that out additionally. To be honest, I saw a bad review on here which is really why I'm writing this review. We've always had such a good rapport with service reps over there that it just makes me wonder if the person was actually thinking about the right place! We've done some CMM work with Accu-Tech and they've gone that extra mile to really cross-quality check that there weren't any inconsistencies. I may not know the technical aspects of their work, but I know statistical measurements and know when something seems awry, so it's nice to have a business that really understands both sides and that is always willing to help me understand. More than anything, it's nice to know that I can put my trust in them and that I don't need to worry about the quality of the results, because it gets done and it gets done right the first time. Just my two cents!”
