You can tell the love and joy the owners get from putting together this food. We got all the meats and nothing let us down. The smoke on the meat was very subtle and not overpowering. Ribs were very tender and slid off the bone. Brisket was top notch. Smoked chicken and pulled pork were delicious. The cheesy potatoes were very unique and worth exploring. The mac and cheese was very well put together. BUT THE CORNBREAD!!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!!! Overall this is a great place to eat and highly recommend to anyone in the area or even going out of your way.”

“Bill and his son (Aaron) are the best in the business by far. My wife and I called Bill to get a quote for cabinets for our master bedroom remodeling and left him a message. Without delay, he called us back within the hour. He was immediately available to come out and look at our master bath. Within a day or two, we had a reasonable written estimate. He was very professional and friendly. We didn’t even feel we needed to look elsewhere. Once we agreed to Bill’s proposal, he immediately came back to our home with samples, taking measurements and offering ideas and suggestions. He was right on and his ideas we very much appreciated. Bill sent us his drawing and we were off to the cabinet company he uses. We picked out what we liked and he did the rest. Bill delivered the cabinets and counter tops and the next day, he did the installation, seamlessly. It was the smoothest installation we have ever experienced. He and his son were a great team and a joy to watch. His countertop and sink fabrication was unbelievably beautiful. Everything fit perfectly. We were actually sad to see them go. In sum, I would highly recommend Bill. Old school craftsmanship is hard to come by and Bill is the best!”
