“You would think the prime rib would be the star of the show but it wasn't. You can absolutely tell the ingredients are locally sourced, and the brussels stole the show with the house salad and shrimpies coming in close second. The food is absolutely amazing. If you love olives, the olive butter was to die for. We walked here as it was close to our hotel and our server was amazing. The whole experience was absolutely just special. Monday night date was successful”

“Order: small "The All American - Chicago Style Stuffed" pizza. Hearty deep dish pizza with good flavoring over all. The pizza was the winner of the business. The rest of the experience was adequate. 45 minute wait for pick-up and was on time. Location was tucked in a plaza and not easily seen from the road. Once and a while treat due to the price ($30 for this small pizza) Interior, unwelcoming which included all but one staff member. Did not seem the employees enjoyed their job and the dining room was blah.”

“I've come here a couple of times since 2021 for sports massage and plan on coming here more. I have had great work done! I'm a serious runner and trust these humans to work on me. I have had many professional massages since 1998 and I was a therapist myself for a while. I grew up with a mom who was a physical therapist for 30 years and so, I had a lot of exposure to therapeutic approaches for my past injuries from her, along with several athletic trainer friends of my mom's. So, what I'm saying is that I'm picky (haha!)...I mean, "selective" about who I have work on me. Human Performance Collective is a wonderful place and they "get it," when it comes to helping you heal up injuries or aches/pains, along with giving you ideas and exercises for self-help. Earl is amazing, but I wouldn't hesitate to have work done by any therapist here.”
