(April 20, 2023, 4:51 pm)I got an alignment done on my vehicle. Steering still seemed offset after alignment. Brought it back in and they corrected the issue with no hesitation or arguing. I really appreciated the professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend!
(April 3, 2023, 6:19 pm)I received an extensive and much needed maintenance touch-up, as well as overdue TLC for my vehicle. I was very appreciative of the overall service provided, especially the complete and thorough attention given to my brakes and Tires. This is the third time I have brought vehicle here needless to say they successfully gained my trust and patronage.
(February 16, 2023, 12:47 pm)Chuck and the rest of the Arbormotion team did a wonderful job on my 2006 530i. With 245,000 miles, I don't trust the work to many, but they hit it out of the park. Would highly recommend for any BMW services needed.

I trust their guidance and I appreciate how easy they make scheduling and shuttling. Any time I have waited, they've done better than other garages sticking to an estimated wait time. And the Keurig coffee is delicious and there is a great desk to work from while waiting :)
(February 8, 2023, 2:14 pm)The team at Arbor Motion are awesome! I had my Volvo C 30 towed in for a mechanical repair. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. They did what they stated they would do in a timely fashion and the repair estimate was right on point. My car is running better than ever. I will return to Arbor Motion for all of my car needs. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. As an added surprise...my car was washed/cleaned when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you for making this a good experience.
