We brought our van in, that was new to us, for maintenance issues, as well as, an issue created by the install of a lock in system by another handicap vehicle service. Ron took each of our needs very seriously and addressed each one with great care and ingenuity! Ron and Steve worked very hard to resolve all of our issues, and they did an outstanding job! Colleen was warm, welcoming, and sincerely kind each time we called and as we hung out with her in the lobby. 😀 Chuck greeted us with gratitude and added to the appreciation we felt by each of them!
