“Outstanding experience with Mikhail and team from day 1 - highly recommend! We had the team take on a large siding, trim, gutters, and fascia project, on both our home and garage, with some additional painting of deck materials and pillars around our home. Mikhail is very attentive and responsive, making several in person trips to explain the process, answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate our large project prior to finalizing a contract. From project start, the crew showed up every morning, worked all day and repeated until the job was done. These guys are impressive, hard labor, high ladders, several custom cuts and finishing, and the end result looks fantastic. Throughout the install, there were a few quality concerns, one due to James Hardie board materials, and a couple areas where finishing touches weren’t up to par. Mikhail and team, no question, resolved all of these issues, replacing any impacted materials and perfecting the issues of concerns. His communication was consistent and immediate, chatting via text or call throughout the project. All in all, we love the way our home looks and if I were to do it again, I’d call Mikhail and Imperial Builders to get the job done. Thank you Mikhail, and team for making our home look amazing!”

“Roof Advance was available soon after we found a hole in the shingles and called around. Found them on the Better Business Bureau's web site and could not be happier with our experience with Dominic, Mario, the mason, and the whole Roof Advance team. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof, measured, and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online. Highly recommended!”
