Vinyl floors were installed beautifully. Installer went back to get the trim that I had asked for. Very professional and thorough. Love my floors.

This is to the Salesperson Desiree!!!! This is by far the best salesperson I have ever met. When I scheduled an estimate, I was not going to get flooring. I was going to get a few more quotes and wait a few more months. I rarely make descisions on the fly. She showed and explained to me all the options thoroughly. I always listen to my intuition. I had no hesitation while talking to her. She saved me so much money and was able to get the flooring I wanted. I will be recommending her to everyone!!!!. She was so personable. She is definitely an asset! Super excited about my install, June 1st :) I hope the service team will be on her level. Thank you Desiree!!!!!!!!!!!

ASK FOR CHAD- he’s your guy! Very personable, kind, and is there to help get what’s best for YOU. Chad is not pushy at all and was a wonderful breath of fresh air after the last interaction with a salesman who cut corners everywhere he could just to get me the price I wanted to see and a sale. Awesome, awesome experience and regardless of my choice to buy or not, I will consult Chad in the future and recommend him to all my friends and family!

When I had issues with my order, customer service stepped right in and corrected it. They even went further and enhanced my order at no additional cost. The installer was prompt, professional and did a great job. He even reported back to sales that some things were not required and the costs were removed. My floor looks great and I am very pleased with Empire from top to bottom. Thank you for such great service.

Brenden who installed my carpet was meticulous. He did an awesome job. I was very happy with his work. My carpet looks awesome. The salesman Rick, didn’t order enough carpet for the job. He was insensitive to how the seam was set up and shorted me on carpet. I give Brenden 5 stars and Rick 2 stars.
