My son is 7 and we took him in around 5:00 and was out by 6:00 and it was pretty busy. The staff was the best staff at an urgent care I have dealt with in a long time. After about 5-6 minutes of waiting I walked up to the counter and was greeted by John. Of all the places I have shopped in the past this was the best customer service ever! I was so angry as a teen and was put through a lot I’m sure she’s told stories of how awful I was. I wish I wasn’t so awful and troubled but truth is this woman helped me, the things she would teach me to help me cope, I still use “stop, think, act” every day of my life. They diagnosed my problem & gave me an estimated price. I tired them to do the work that needed to be done. Which they did with no surprises.
