“Everyone at the Imagine Center has been kind during the intake, when we could get a call back, and in person but now I'm reading all these reviews saying that the staff never returns phone calls and questioning what is really going on. After a lengthy evaluation (in person) then diagnosis' (via zoom) we were told the doctor would send my son an email of his results and resources to get the help he needs. We were very excited to finally have answers to what has been going on for years. The therapist and clinical assessment director were wonderful to us and very kind but It's been weeks and we are still waiting. ***Update*** We finally got the information we were waiting for and now we will move on with the resources. Though I appreciate everything... they are incredibly slow to respond so please be aware of that when seeking their services.”

“I had hit bottom my life in shambles I have given up hope contemplating suicide then one of the staff members Curtis B contacted me right at that critical moment he told me to come in at that point my life was saved at this point I have six months and two days clean I'm working everyday I'm in school with a new outlook because of my new perspective on life I changed my way of thinking and the director of the program Miss Lowe is a loving and caring person she taught me mindfulness meditation exercise a meditation to clear my thoughts and removing the stress in my life my counselor Miss Miles guided me into a relationship with myself getting to know myself another counselor Lawrence Collins taught me to never give up on my dreams after 29 years of having given up on my passion which was music I have now formed a band and have been asked to perform at several venues oh what a wonderful place I think about it where I come from and it brings tears to my eyes I'm a 52 year old man shedding tears of joy and no longer tears of pain I am now in their transitional program my Outlook is bright free from active addiction thank God for Mariners Inn”
