He was a gentleman and assured me he had a tire and could have me back on the road quickly! He inspected my other tires and found that I also needed another tire and gave me an excellent price had both tires changed and had me back on the rode in less then 30 minutes! Then one of the sales clerks asked me if I needed help. Long story short, the item was not on the shelf and she told me she'll check in the back. Great news, the clerk located the item for me. I asked for her manager's name because of the exceptional customer service. She humbly replied with a smile, "my name is Michelle". Michelle is the manager.
