Then one of the sales clerks asked me if I needed help. Long story short, the item was not on the shelf and she told me she'll check in the back. Great news, the clerk located the item for me. I asked for her manager's name because of the exceptional customer service. She humbly replied with a smile, "my name is Michelle". Michelle is the manager. Wow, she went the extra mile just to help me. I appreciate her keen attention to her customer's needs. She is truly a gem and displays the right personality for such a busy, inter-city store. 💎”
