“I am having problems with my cell phone, and a friend referred me to this store. I called and talked with Ashley. Actually we had a series of a few calls. Though it turns out that I need to either replace my phone or upgrade to a new phone, and did not go to this store, I was impressed by Ashley's customer service. She went out of her way to assist me. I was impressed with her level of care, and her dedication to do anything that she could to assist me. If I ever need the services offered at this store, I will definitely go, because of my awesome experience with Ashley. It is my first time to feel that I will be a lifetime customer to a place of business that I have not yet visited in person. Just goes to show what great customer service by phone can do.”
