“I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.”

“This is a very modern, and very big airport. And even though there are signs everywhere instructing you where to go, I noticed people still got confused just because the airport is so big and there's so much going on. It was quite the hike from my gate to the rental cars, even though there's a moving sidewalk. I didn't notice until later that there's a big red tram above that I might have been able to take had I known. However, I convinced myself that walking is healthy, especially after a 4hr flight. If you have a disability, I'd look for alternatives or help. Rental cars are outside and each company has their own shuttle. My shuttle came right away. And unlike the other parts of the country where there's a car shortage, there were plenty of cars to rent. And very little pressure to use their insurance.”

They open super early which is great because we arrived at 6am for our flight and needed a little boost hahah... the line was pretty Ling but for sure kinda expected that. “You remember the disaster that happened on the Gulf Coast, correct? I can't remember the year it happened, but the one thing I've taken from that incident is that British Petroleum (BP) uses American oil. Amoco was the former name and entity, bought over by BP. I go to these locations to purchase American gas instead of gas derived from petroleum from foreign countries. I don't even want gas from Canada! And Citgo uses gas from Venezuela (or so I've heard---correct me if I'm wrong). If there are any other petroleum companies using American gas, then I'd like to know. Otherwise, BP is my favorite---for buying American!”
