“Very clean and cheap. Not like some of the other bed bug ridden motels around there. Although the rooms are small, you can also adjust the heat and the air conditioning. It's also located on a bus route that goes by the same name at that stop both the 200 and 210 Smart bus stops at the Alpine stop.”

“The owner Jay is very kind as is his wife. Very reasonably priced. Jay has integrity... He cleans the room of a guy with no legs daily without complaint or charging extra. If I need a couple hours to get the money he is understanding and never makes me feel bad about it... He shovels the snow himself for the whole property. Hard working,kind, respectful man. I snuck my dog in the first week or so I was here and when he found out he simply asked that I take her out back to do her business... Wasn't mad... No extra charge... Since then I have been up front and honest with him (if I need extra time to pay or whatever) and everything has been more than exceptional.”
