Jake was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and friendly. He made sure all of my questions were answered, and that I knew how to manage the space for best results after treatment. Wow, what a great experience I had. Called with a bee infestation issue and the OWNER of the company talked me thru my problem, didn't try to sell me a service (as it wouldn't help my problem) Told me what to do and not to worry. I asked if I should have him come out in the spring to do anything and he said no. Literally turned down business rather than rip me off! You find that kind of service anywhere else.
