“I have had a Storage Unit with Public Storage in Livonia for several months. I have never had any issues with access to the storage facility and the employee (KRIS) that works there has helped me several times. Whether I needed assistance with unlocking / opening the other side of the storage roll up door or answering questions about payments when I first started renting the unit. KRIS helped me out on my last day at the storage unit in a big way. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. It's employees like KRIS that make places run smoothly and keep people coming back. If you read this KRIS, I personally want to say thanks again; you were a huge help. If your boss reads this review, they need to give you a raise in pay; you deserve it.”

“KSI did an amazing job in transforming our kitchen and master bathroom shower. We expanded our small kitchen by adding an island and over three times the cabinet space. Our old living space became our dining room and has transformed our house into our dream home!! Working with our designer Mackenzie was such a fun experience! She really got to know us and our preferences in design. We were kept informed of delays and always received answers to our questions in a timely manner. Even with a few snags along the way the overall process was truly exceptional!! Would highly recommend KSI for any home renovation!”

“Wanted let you know how much I appreciate both Rob and Emily ! Emily familiar face from back when we hired another company to spray for mosquitoes. We now use only PEST Masters! She pointed out today how she had been our rep back a few years ago too. Now happy to have her with PM (pest masters). The years of experience is so valuable. She was gave us tips for ticks too. Helpful as we have 3 dogs! Found our wasps in the ground so the lawn could be safely cut. We are on the maintenance year round program for almost 20 years now. Always RESPONSIVE!! & NO regrets!! “I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! To make a long story short, I have a Chi baby & originally took him to pet smart for his first grooming appointment and received TERRIBLE service. I was called to pick him up early because of “bad behavior” and a partial haircut and I still had to pay for it. I was very upset until I found this grooming salon, good groomer! From the moment I spoke to the lady to book the appointment to the time the appointment was finished, I was beyond satisfied and felt so relieved that my baby was able to be groomed as he looked ridiculous! The groomer at this place is SO patient and extremely welcoming. My dog was pretty nervous when we came in so the groomer sat with him to make him feel more welcome and comfortable. within an hour and a half, they called to have him picked up and he looked so handsome! He smelled amazing, his haircut was exactly what I wanted, his hair around his ears were perfectly cut, they did an amazing job and accommodated both me and my pup. I am very grateful for how patient they were with my chihuahua and how clean he came home! Thank you to the groomer we were given, you are wonderful and deserve a raise! Also, the lady who answers the phone to book appointments, you were amazing and so helpful for getting us in so quickly! This will be my new grooming salon (:”

“Relaxed and Reassured and just a few words to describe my feelings after leaving the dealership. My car would NOT start. I was able to get a jump and drop off to dealership to get diagnostic test. The service department (Laura and awesome team) were kind and welcoming as well as explained step by step the process it will take to fix my car. “I ordered a birthday cake 30 min prior to the bakery closing for the next day. I wasn't expecting much however I was surprised when I picked the cake up the next day. They went above and beyond what I had expected for a last minute cake order. Everyone at the birthday party loved the taste.
