“I have had a Storage Unit with Public Storage in Livonia for several months. I have never had any issues with access to the storage facility and the employee (KRIS) that works there has helped me several times. Whether I needed assistance with unlocking / opening the other side of the storage roll up door or answering questions about payments when I first started renting the unit. KRIS helped me out on my last day at the storage unit in a big way. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. It's employees like KRIS that make places run smoothly and keep people coming back. If you read this KRIS, I personally want to say thanks again; you were a huge help.
