“Hello, to everyone seeing this, and cares to know this place has amazing food and I'd highly recommend giving it a try also a pretty clean environment compared to other places. Now you may see I have a 4 star and not a 5 star and you may ask yourself how come. Well the reason for that is because the women that picks up the calls does a poor job of communicating. Such as not saying how long it will take for the food to be cooked also not saying the price I would be paying and finally not greeting when she answered the phone. It's happened multiple times but I try to ignore it maybe she's having a bad day. Now that would be it for this review everything else about this place is amazing give it a try.”

“I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! To make a long story short, I have a Chi baby & originally took him to pet smart for his first grooming appointment and received TERRIBLE service. I was called to pick him up early because of “bad behavior” and a partial haircut and I still had to pay for it. I was very upset until I found this grooming salon, good groomer! From the moment I spoke to the lady to book the appointment to the time the appointment was finished, I was beyond satisfied and felt so relieved that my baby was able to be groomed as he looked ridiculous! The groomer at this place is SO patient and extremely welcoming. My dog was pretty nervous when we came in so the groomer sat with him to make him feel more welcome and comfortable. within an hour and a half, they called to have him picked up and he looked so handsome! He smelled amazing, his haircut was exactly what I wanted, his hair around his ears were perfectly cut, they did an amazing job and accommodated both me and my pup. I am very grateful for how patient they were with my chihuahua and how clean he came home! Thank you to the groomer we were given, you are wonderful and deserve a raise! Also, the lady who answers the phone to book appointments, you were amazing and so helpful for getting us in so quickly! This will be my new grooming salon (:”

“Relaxed and Reassured and just a few words to describe my feelings after leaving the dealership. My car would NOT start. I was able to get a jump and drop off to dealership to get diagnostic test. The service department (Laura and awesome team) were kind and welcoming as well as explained step by step the process it will take to fix my car. Although this isn't my regular dealership they made me feel like family! Customer service is difficult to find however they are five star at Livonia Chrysler Jeep!”
