“I saw the negative review on here and felt like I had to provide my experience! We purchased a house last summer. The first day we moved in we went to shut off the water for a dish washer install and ended up having a broken main shut off. We called Brian and he came out immediately. Fixed the leak only to find the other main shut off was broke too. Brian fixed that as well. He came back on the Friday before a holiday and installed our kitchen sink and faucet. His prices were extremely reasonable, he was professional, explained everything, and was just all around nice guy. In this day and age it’s hard finding contractors to even return calls let alone actually do work for you. These guys are local, they don’t complain about doing old house repairs, they are honest, and they do good work! Recently our house needed 35 feet of sewer line replacement which Bill and his team completed in 1.5 days this included; basement cement removal, cast iron pipe removal , pvc pipe replacement and re-cementing floor. Bill took the time to diagnose the problem using cameras and sensors, explain the issues to us, necessary repairs needed. Again, for this project, Bill and his team were very professional, upon completion the team made sure to thoroughly clean up the work area and that we as the customer were satisfied.
