“Robert was amazing. We had a unique door that we had custom build and needed a carpenter to cut in the hardware and hang. He spent all day working hard and man did it pay off! The door is perfect and the workmanship is impeccable. He was polite, thorough and the best part - clean! He took the time to clean as he went and by the time he left, couldn’t even tell he was there. We appreciate someone that appreciates our home like that! Highly recommend and if I ever need a carpenter again, we will be calling Robert.”

I was very distraught when turning in vehicle and forgot to take care of something on my end for the rental. The employee was very kind and understanding and saved my day and my sanity! “We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”
